Here are all the steps to get started at BloomFit, simple and organised. We guide each step with care and focus on what really matters. The app and the help videos are in Portuguese, so below we explain each step in English.

Choose your service

Select the service you want to start with. Prices are per 4-week cycle, VAT included.

The annual insurance of €15, paid once a year, is added to the price of the service you choose.

Payment is made by direct debit, renewed every 4 weeks.

Billing details

Send us your NIB (bank account details) to set up the direct debit. You will later receive an email with a link to sign the mandate.

Book, cancel or rebook classes

Your classes are managed in the app: that is where you book, cancel or rebook them. If the Online Programme is included in your service, online classes are managed in the app too.

Cancellations up to 10 hours before the class.

Individual training plan

If it is included in your service, your plan is available in the app, in your personal area, and is adjusted as you progress.

BloomFit Online Programme

Access to Online Small Group and the BloomFit Online Programme (included free with services over €120, or if it is part of your service). You get:

monthly classes and programme classes;
mini classes;
live classes on Zoom;
general training plans;
monthly challenges.
